OUR COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY
From the very beginning, we adopted a quality management system to establish organizational practices typical of large companies operating in international contexts. This initiative arose from the need to create, within a small organization, a cultural and organizational framework capable of meeting our clients’ needs.
Our quality management system has been certified since 2015 according to the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard, helping us define objectives for diversifying clients and services.
Our commitment to the environment, health, and safety is demonstrated by the adoption of certified management systems in compliance with UNI EN ISO 14001 (since 2019) and UNI EN ISO 45001 (since 2017, initially based on the BS OHSAS 18001 standard).
For each project, we assess and update the risk evaluation/environmental analysis to eliminate hazards, where possible, or minimize them to make them manageable, ensuring the protection of workers, public health, and the environment.
Our dedication is reflected in our Sustainability Report, published on our website since 2022, where we share our ESG performance and ongoing improvement ambitions with our stakeholders.

Over the years, we have for example:
Eliminated the use of single-use plastic in the office.
Reduced energy consumption by 30% through the use of LED lighting systems, the replacement of the air conditioning system with a low-energy consumption model, and the redesign of the ducting system to optimize air distribution throughout the office.
Implemented mobility policies by providing all employees with annual metro and train passes to encourage commuting to the office using public transportation.
Equipped the office with a new electrical system that eliminates energy consumption during nighttime hours, except for the server systems.
We requested and obtained authorization from the Municipality of Milan for the redevelopment and maintenance of a public green area near our office.
